The N.C.E. stands for the National Congress of Employers - A national association that represents the needs and concerns of America's growing small business workforce through advocacy, information and service. We are leading a campaign for tax reform, deregulation of small business, and building support for expanding health coverage and retirement planning to this segment of our population.
